1) When will my order arrive?

We pluck our mangoes after you place your order and let them ripen naturally for maximum sweetness and juiciness. All orders received will be delivered to your doorstep in 5-6 working days. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy every bite of our mouth-watering mangoes!

2) How do you deliver the mangoes?

All our orders will be delivered to your doorstep by our delivery partner - Dunzo.

3) How much will the shipping cost?

A flat shipping fee of Rs 100/- is levied for all orders within the limits of Hyderabad & Secunderabad. However, if your order value exceeds Rs. 1500, we will deliver free of cost.

4) How can I track my order?

We do not have live tracking of the order as of now. However, you can contact us over call or WhatsApp to inquire about the status of your order. 

5) How do you pack the mangoes?

All our mango orders are packed in 3 Kg cardboard boxes, to ensure that the mangoes are not affected during the transportation. The cardboard boxes are of good quality and can withstand pressure and weight from outside entities thereby protecting the mangoes from any kind of physical damage.

6) Problem with my order. What do I do?

Sorry to hear that. You can contact us over call or WhatsApp to inquire about the problem you are facing with the order. If the problem isn't rectifiable, we will issue a refund or replacement.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If customers receive mangoes that are not up to their expectations, they can contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, mangoes must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were when delivered.

Customers can contact us via email or phone to initiate the exchange process. We will schedule a pickup of the mangoes to be exchanged and arrange for delivery of the replacement mangoes. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with the exchange.
